- Do membership fees buy award stars or ratings?
- No. Fees fund assessments and programme capacity. Stars and public scores require meeting the published rubric under Assessment Methodology. Membership provides eligibility and access, not outcomes.
- What does a directory editorial link mean?
- When a member passes rating criteria, their public profile may include a link to their official website as part of the listing — a transparent trust signal documented in our Policies & Standards, not a hidden paid placement.
