Referral packs always note the date and basis of any public score. This ensures a level playing field focused on verifiable capability.

- Does paying for membership guarantee a higher rating?
- Absolutely not. HKISG enforces strict separation between membership fees and assessment outcomes. Membership covers administrative costs and grants access to the review queue, but all ratings and stars are earned through rigorous, independent white-hat evaluations under the Assessment Methodology.
- Can we upgrade our plan later in the year?
- Yes, members can upgrade from Standard to Professional or Fellow at any time. The difference in fees will be pro-rated for the remainder of your annual billing cycle.
- What happens if we fail a Trust Review?
- Ratings represent transparency, not just success. If a review highlights areas for improvement, it provides a benchmark. Professional and Fellow members have priority retest slots to demonstrate remediation and improve their public score.
