HKISG Core Committee
Committee Purpose
The Core Committee will oversee the overall strategy, governance, and coordination of HKISG. It will ensure alignment across all work streams and provide leadership for the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Define the strategic vision and objectives of HKISG. Ensure alignment with the organization's mission and values. Oversee the activities of the Work Stream Committees. Facilitate collaboration and resource sharing across work streams. Represent HKISG in external engagements with government, industry, and academia. Monitor progress and evaluate the impact of HKISG initiatives.
Committee Structure
Chairperson: Provides leadership and represents HKISG at the highest level. Vice Chairperson: Supports the Chairperson and oversees day-to-day operations. Secretary: Manages documentation, meeting schedules, and administrative tasks. Treasurer: Oversees financial planning, budgeting, and funding. Work Stream Leads: Each Work Stream Committee Chair will sit on the Core Committee to ensure alignment. Advisors: External experts who provide strategic guidance and insights.
